We are hiring a

Tender / Offers Specialist (m/f/d) located in Milan, Part-Time (30 hours per week)

Your Strength

  • Experience in tenders and requests for medical products
  • Deep knowledge of laws and restrictions in tenders for medical devices
  • High flexibility and sense of responsibility, combined with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Good spoken and written Italian and English skills

Your Contribution

  • Research, identification, and analysis of tender notices to identify potential business opportunities
  • Responsible for the entire process of tenders / offer requests, from the preparation of the participation to the management of the different phases of tenders
  • Stipulating procurement contracts
  • Establish strong partnership with the sales force as well as with the hospital's customer services, purchasing departments and administrations 
  • Ensure that Artivon proposals meet the requirements of the specific tender/request each time
